Farmyard Rally is a cartoon racing game for iPhone, Android and the web. This page explains what data the game uses and why. In short: your game progress stays on your device, ads are provided by Google AdMob, and purchases go through Apple or Google Play.
Your Hay and Gold balances, upgrades, paint jobs, trophies, settings and purchases you've made are saved only on your device. There are no accounts and nothing is sent to us. Deleting the app (or clearing the site's data in your browser) deletes it.
The apps show a banner on the home page and offers optional reward videos. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device type and how you interact with ads.
How Google uses this data is described in Google's privacy policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
The web version of the game shows no third-party ads.
The home page at farmyardrally.silentj.co.uk (not the game at /play) may show an ad from Google AdSense. To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may use cookies and collect information such as your IP address, browser and device, and how you interact with the ad.
In the UK, EEA and Switzerland you're asked first, with Google's consent form, whether you agree to personalised ads; if you don't, you only see non-personalised ads. You can turn off personalised ads at any time in Google's Ad Settings. How Google uses this data is described in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Gold packs and Remove ads are bought through Apple's App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. Apple or Google handles the payment; we never see your payment details. The game only learns which item was bought, so it can give it to you.
The game isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Ads are limited to family-suitable content.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
